Chef Chris earned his culinary degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta which has established his formal training as well as apprenticeships under many fine chefs. Chris has also obtained a Business degree minoring in political science with his combined attendance at The University of Toledo, NGCSU and The University of Phoenix which has excelled his diversity. He remains consistently innovative in technique when providing to the food service industry. He is qualified, up to date and trained in food service safety under established guidelines of the nationally recognized ServSafe Restaurant Association.  The Heron Grille serves lunch daily and features a full-service bar and seating for 72 people.
